PROXIMITY TO THE SYSTEM WILL NOT SAVE YOU [2026] - ORIGINAL

Part of my THEORY YOU CAN FUCK series, offering concise counter-normative political perspective. Inspired by a gay sex party I attended with a homogenous crowd of primarily white, cis, gay men. A rejection of the notion that enough alignment with institutional power is a permanent shield for social deviance, and a reminder that the definition of deviance is always subject to revision. Furthermore, an invitation to instead embrace deviance as a political praxis and work towards the liberation of all marginalized groups from the understanding of the political risk we share.
